From what age is access to the gaming machine hall allowed?
Access to the gaming room is allowed only to persons identified on the basis of the specific means of play (hereinafter "Game Card"), who have reached the age of 21 years, only after expressing consent to participate in gambling.

The registration of the person is based on the following valid documents:
-identity card for citizens of the Republic of Moldova;
For foreign citizens:

How to receive the winnings?
The winnings will be receive only upon presentation of the identity card on the basis of which the player has been registered and the specific means of gambling that proves the winnings, within 14 calendar days from the announcement of the results of the game of chance.
If the player has not presented the specific means of play for receiving the winnings within the established time limit, after 90 working days from the date of the announcement of the game results, the winnings for which the specific means of play attesting the winnings have not been presented shall become the property of the organizer.
What are the terms of payment of winnings?
The conditions for the payment of winnings are set out in Article 15 of Law no.291/2016 on the organization and conduct of gambling, which sets the deadline for payment of winnings as follows:
a) 5 working days, for amounts up to 10000 lei;
b) 30 working days, for amounts from 10000 lei to 1500000 lei;
c) 45 working days for amounts from 150 000 lei to 300 000 lei;
d) 90 working days for amounts exceeding 300,000 lei;
How can I find out the amounts deposited and drawn during the game period?
In the rooms with cash winnings machines, the player will submit a standard application to the S.A. National Lottery of Moldova and the player will be informed about the result of the examination within 30 days.
How to lodge a complaint?
Each cash winnings gaming hall of the S.A. "National Lottery of Moldova" has a Complaints Register which is presented at the player's request. The complaint is examined in accordance with the legislation in force, respecting the time limit for informing the complainant.

The player benefits from the protection of his rights by the state and by the Company in accordance with the provisions of Law no.133 of 08.07.2011 on the protection of personal data as well as in accordance with the policy documents related to gambling.

Why don't the slot machines give winnings?
In accordance with the requirements of Law no.291 of 16.12.2016 "On the organization and conduct of gambling", all gaming equipment operating in the cash winnings gaming halls of the S.A. National Lottery of Moldova, have undergone the certification procedure and comply with all standards set by the regulations in force, technical and statistical parameters declared by the manufacturer of the gaming equipment. At the same time, according to the Law no.291 of 2016 on the organization and conduct of gambling, art. 10 states that one of the basic principles concerning the organization and conduct of these activities is the principle of free consent, which implies independence and freedom of decision making by the player regarding participation in a game of chance, the General Rules for the organization and conduct of gambling, establish that participation in gambling takes place exclusively on a voluntary basis, and all participants have equal chances of winning.
